Absolutely fabulous from the first moment when we met the hosts who welcomed us so warmly, nothing was too much trouble. The house is colourful, fun and the breakfast delicious and plentiful.
The location is perfect, just a short direct route to the bus/ railway station. The other direction direct to the Grote Markt, restaurant, museums and the Menin Gate.
Nothing - it was lovely and we look forward to a repeat visit.

Very quirky (in a nice way) location, friendliness of the hosts. (Thank you so much for the loan of the parking badge đ
Just the creaking bathroom floorboards đ¤Ł

Lovely hotel in a great location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Ypres.
Breakfast was excellent and varied and the hosts were always helpful.
Hotel is very clean and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.
Would stay here again great value for money
Wasnât keen on having to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom but it was okay.
The fridge was noisy but it was on a timer so went off around 10pm.
Would have liked newer towels but they were well laundered

The warm welcome and homely feel of the property. The property is very well located, a short walk from the station, station car park (with a large bank of EV chargers) and the city centre. Breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared, with something different offered each day.
The eclectic decor and furnishings (personal taste, I know).
