Spacious apartment for one person, I could cook basic food like frying and boiling.. very comfortable bed, quiet neighbours.. 15 min walk to the Kyoto train station, there is a bus stop 5 min walk, a Lawson 100 also 5 min away..
If you plan to cook meals from scratch, there is literally no place for a chopping board in between the hob and the sink..the dinner table is the coffee table..
Even though it says close to train, still a good bit of walking to and from the station..
The closest shop for groceries requires a bus or 20 min walk

Very clean, well located
There is always room for improvement; I didn't find any specific issues, but a hanging rail in the closet would be great.

Needs better soundproofing. No staff onsite and check in at a different location. Tight quarters.

The drying room is very convenient for getting your clothes dry. It is about a 10 minute walk to access rail, metro or bus stops so location is fairly good.
Noise from upstairs was terrible. They have a small child and due to zero sound insulation from above the stomping around is very disruptive.
