Very clean and roomy room. The shower and bathtub were separate from each other and super clean! Staffs are courteous. Onsen was a bliss! Also, it is Very quiet. We had a restful sleep. Complimentary toothbrush, bath towel, razor, etc were plus. The Lawson store was right next building which was super convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Chisun Hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities. We also really enjoyed the public bath, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.
The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. My boyfriend accidentally left his wallet behind, and the staff went above and beyond by helping us ship it to Tokyo! We were so grateful for their assistance and kindness, which made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.
Thank you to the wonderful staff for your excellent hospitality! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with genuinely helpful service.
