This hotel has all you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Nice big rooms which are clean and well maintained. Attentive and friendly staff that look after guests and go the extra mile. Very food. With a great selection. The pool area is outstanding with lots going on and direct access to the beach.

I actually stayed 9 nights in total. The food was very good in the buffet. Every staff a little more choice of beers and premium drinks would be good. The staff were all amazing. Every single member was so helpful and friendly. I loved the space around the pool. It never felt crammed. The foyer is beautiful and again there’s so much space
The evening entertainment needs upgrading and there could be more of a choice of beers and drinks in the bar

Direct access to the beach and enough places to eat and drink for family all day
The rooms are lacking quality of a 5 star hotel. Towels and bed sheets smell horrible of dust and as if they’ve not been washed with proper soap powder. Throughout 1 week stay noticed 3 cockroaches in the room even though we stayed on 2nd floor.
