The bed was very comfortable
I was very disappointed with the customer service at Allegro Agadir. I dropped off my laundry and clearly explained that I only wanted it washed and dried, regardless of the cost. The front desk staff seemed to have very little knowledge of how their own laundry service worked and provided confusing and misleading information. I was led to believe my laundry would be taken care of, only to return the next day and find out nothing had been done. Despite explaining that I was leaving the following morning, neither the staff nor the manager offered any real solution or assistance. Instead, I was told to find a laundromat elsewhere, which was already closed by the time I got there. What should have been a simple service turned into an unnecessary inconvenience. Very poor communication, lack of accountability, and disappointing customer service.Once you've paid, the level of customer care and accountability is practically nonexistent.
The beach is a bit of a walk from the hotel, and honestly, the area isn't very clean. There's construction going on everywhere, so it's pretty noisy and not exactly somewhere you'd want to spend a relaxing day. I'm sure it'll be a nice spot once all the work is done, but for now, I ended up going to Taghazout instead because I didn't want to spend my day surrounded by construction and noise. Im glad I did.

Excellent location. The resort itself was good. Nothing amazing; it has everything you need to make it a good holiday resort. Saeed the luggage attendant was really helpful. Yusra was lovely to my baby. In fact most of the staff were really lovely to my baby.
AC in the rooms are old so temperamental. Some of the lobby staff could smile more.

Nice location to all amenities
The food
The French clientele were rude
We had to pay through booking.com as when we asked as a disabled person with an 83 yr old mum to extend our room we were told no. They had none, yet we found a room on this site for £283 and we only utilised the room for 5 hours. No sleeping, no food as it was shocking.
