The Grand Hotel Sharm El Sheikh

Everything was amazing, we had a wonderful experience. Here below are all of our considerations and tips: The all inclusive includes all meals and snacks throughout the day, with also drinks and beers. Most of the staff also speaks russian and italian. Everyone was nice and polite with us, accomodating all of our needs. The room was big and modern, we loved the shower! The resort has it own beach with the platform to dive in and explore the coral reef, the towel service for the beach and pools is complementary. The food was good and there was a good choice, however I would say if you have allergies/intolerances be very careful with cross contamination. They give out water bottles for free in many spots across the resort. There are some people that try to sell you massages/treatments while you're at the beach but they are super nice and they come like max once a day to propose stuff to you so they don't bother at all. In the week we were there, only once we were proposed the excursions and it was already at the end of our holiday, they should try offering a package when you arrive imo. The wifi is free only at the reception, if you want to use it anywhere else you need to pay for it. We spent 27 euros total for 2 people for a week. In my opinion the wifi didn't work very well so I would suggest you buy an e sim with unlimited gbytes, it works much better. There are a la carte restaurants that offer a free menu for the all inclusive and you pay just the drinks, we loved the libanese one. We drank some drinks with ice and we were a bit sick after, so maybe try to avoid the ice if you're planning something important. Overall it was a great experience, if we come back to sharm we will definitely come here. I think this resort has the best value for money, considering the services and location. I think they should add nutella or an off brand hazelnut spread to the breakfast and snacks. The chocolate sauce they have is not great. They should propose packages for the excursions when you arrive. The wifi was expensive and did not work properly. These are just minor things tho, we had a great time.

A large and incredibly beautiful resort. The staff were friendly and helpful; I would especially like to single out the receptionists, the pool attendant A. Tafa, and the room cleaner A. Elfatah.

There are a few things that could be improved. There are too many stairs, which makes moving around the hotel a bit difficult. You also have to pay for life jackets and snorkeling masks, while these were provided free of charge at the other hotel I stayed at. The room also lacked basic amenities, such as toilet paper, shower gel, and body lotion. In addition, only two small bottles of water were provided in the room, which is not enough,the pool towels are very old and damaged
