The resort is located on Fanara bay and has really good snorkelling spots. The private beach is sandy at the beginning and then has corals further out.
Hotel staff is very nice and very accommodating. We were able to get a late checkout as our flight was in the evening and we're also offered access to all resort services after our checkout (until our flight)
It's also a 15 min walk to Farsha cafe which is brilliant.
Food was very nice but could be improved further. The grilled fish is excellent and the breakfast is nice. But they would definitely benefit from getting higher end chefs as everything else is perfect.

We stayed at the Jaz Fanara Resort, not the Residence which is farer away from the beach).
It was very clean, the employees were very friendly and the coral reef is great.
Aly, who cleaned our room for the entire stay, did always a great job and made wonderful towels decoration on the bed.
Fruit juices could be improved.
Sometimes the meat was too hard and dry.

I want to write an special thank you to the chef Mohamed. I have to eat gluten free and he made me feel Very safe. He even made me special plates. Thank you!!! You made my stay so much better.

overall it was OK, but other Jaz Group like Jaz Belveder or Jaz Mirabel are way better.
This Hotel is all inclusive just untill 12 at night, after that they charge you 5 Euro for a drink and 7 Euro for a Cocktail, I found it not fair as the other hotel at Jaz group don't do that, since 2009 never face such a thing in any Hotel in Sharm El Shiekh so I do not recommend such a Hotel at all, a felt cheated.
