Charming villa with a pool, very comfortably furnished. The villa is located a few kilometers outside the very picturesque village of Seillans, at an elevation of approximately 650 meters, with panoramic views stretching all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. The property covers approximately 5,500 m². The pool measures 9.00 x 4.00 meters.
Seillans is an excellent base for visiting the many typical Provençal villages and is just 15 minutes from Lake St. Cassien.
From the main terrace, you have a phenomenal view over the green hills all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. Perfect for family vacations or getaways with friends.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms feature a bathtub with shower, sink, and toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with 2 dishwashers, a 4-burner stovetop, an American-style fridge-freezer, 2 ovens, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, and a kettle. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a large dining table.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a bunk bed.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a 1.60 sofa bed.
Bedroom 4 has a double bed. The beds are comfortable box springs for a wonderful night’s sleep.
The house is surrounded by nature, quiet but not isolated. There are several private terraces around the house.
From here, you can take beautiful walks.
For golf enthusiasts, the top-notch courses at St. Andreol and Terre Blanche are less than a half-hour drive away. The beaches of Fréjus, St. Raphael, and St. Aygulf are about 35 km away.
