The location of this hotel is perfect, we had a wonderful city view with a huge panoramic window, and a sofa just ahead of it, so you could enjoy the stunning view day and night. The staff is kind and disturbingly helpfull, to which, we europeans are not used anymore. Breakfast is excellent with wide choices.
We had difficulities finding the hotel, as google maps is not well synchronized with the real positions, so we ended up in the middle of a park nearby. It would be very helpfull detailing at booking.com where the location is, maybe naming the metro station, as it is really close after all. Also Tower number indication is an advantage :-) Reception is at floor 28.
