Great location with a view overlooking the river. Room was clean and very comfortable.
Staff were friendly and customer focused. Excellent restaurant on site.
Everything was good. Lots of stairs to get to the hotel and room but staff were offering to help with bags. Road was busy in front of hotel.

Authentic, nostalgic, antique
There's a room with one very tiny window only. I suggest the hotel to forewarn at time of online booking, so as to manage expectation / let guests avoid that room if they have concerns like me

Beautifully well appointed hotel with breakfast. The hotel itself was gorgeous as were the views. The beds were very comfortable.
We had booked two rooms and instead of them putting us together they had one of us in the hotel and one of us in the guest house. Although there were two rooms near one another.

The room was nice, however they don’t tell you that’s it’s a big walk up the hill.
The staff were very unhelpful when checking in. There was no parking at the property (other than the busy street parking which was all full), despite advertising having it.
The restaurant staff were also very unaccommodating when we wanted to have a single beer before our dinner reservation, as the bar ‘wasn’t open’ for another 10 minutes.

"The host was outstanding. Very accommodating and he made sure to pass on great tips on things to do in the area."
