Our balcony and view were amazing! The room was generous and very comfortable. The cereal served at breakfast was closer to granola which we like and wasn't available anywhere else we stayed. Plus an omelet for me was just right. Overall, we appreciated the size of the room and space provided for luggage and our "stuff".
There was no double electric outlet on either side of the bed, so we couldn't charge our phones/watches and have a table lamp lit at the same time. Also, despite two sliding shower doors, these did not prevent water from splashing onto the floor.

We stayed two nights and had a room with a terrace balcony affording glorious panoramic city views. Location was great with a wine bar at end of the lane! The staff were very helpful and courteous, helping us park our car onsite and providing great breakfast feasts. The hotel is boutique, very clean and pretty. I would stay here again happily.

Great location, stunning views! Large bedroom with a large balcony overlooking the town. Traditional style building and there is a bar / restaurant to have drinks overlooking the town. There is parking too which is very handy! We loved Berat so much and wish we had stayed 2 nights as opposed to 1.
It was a beautiful room but it was quite a lot more expensive in comparison to similar location and rooms that we have stayed in Albania.

no hot water ntil i asked for it to be turned on then was fine, so make sure u ask
