About this house rental
South facing villa completely renovated in 2020 with parking on a square. This accommodations are a real gem, offering a bright and functional living space on two floors, with a large terrace to enjoy the sunny days. This house is equipped with all modern comforts to meet the needs of its tenants.
The location is ideal as the city center is less than 300m from the house. Often lively in the summer, you will find all the essential shops such as pharmacy, tobacconist, bar/restaurants, bank, post office etc... 1 km from the Garonne beach, 3 kms from the Valgarde golf course and coastal cycle path 50 m from the house linking Toulon or Hyères.
Outside:
Free parking. A small garden to the front with access to the garage to store bicycles if required and here you will find the washing machine.
Interior - First floor:
Walking through the front door, you enter a large, spacious and bright room. To the left, is the fully equipped kitchen with a counter and high stools. To the right, the WC and at the back, a warm living room with TV and a comfortable corner sofa overlooking the terrace. Facing the living room, you will find the dining room, as well as a small office under the stairs.
Exterior - Terrace:
The terrace is one of the highlights of this house. Spacious and well-appointed, it is the perfect place to relax and entertain outdoors. A comfortable seating area with sofas and armchairs is perfect for relaxing, while a large dining table allows for alfresco dining.
Interior - First floor:
An elegant staircase leads to the first floor, where the bedrooms (new bedding) are located. Two standard bedrooms with double beds 140x200 and one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe for storing things.
The bathroom is also upstairs with a shower cubicle, a towel dryer, a sink and a toilet.
In summary, this two-storey townhouse with a large terrace and three bedrooms offers its inhabitants an elegant and functional living environment where they can feel at home.

In order to preserve the tranquility of the residence and avoid any nuisance to the neighbourhood, we ask that the animals welcomed are not subject to regular barking, day or night. We enjoyed the stay. Everything was according to the description. The patio was great. Definitely recommend the place for a great vacation, close to the beaches.
However, we could not unsee that the amenities are becoming a little old with the shower showing some signs of decrepitude. Cracking, noisy floors when walking in the middle of the night.
