Welcome to our home.
We have fitted out this 73 m² apartment, located in the very quiet Costebelle district of Hyères, to be comfortable, practical and pleasant to live in. Everything is new, with particular attention paid to the quality of the equipment and daily comfort.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to its 3 bedrooms, composed of 2 double beds 160x200 and 1 bunk bed. We have made it a real point of honour to provide bedding, because for us, holidays are also made for resting well.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook on site. You will find a Kenwood food processor, blender, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, pierrade, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer.
The apartment also has air conditioning, fibre optics, a TV, a Bluetooth speaker, as well as everything you need for a comfortable stay: vacuum cleaner, iron and hairdryer. Many board games are also available to share good times on site.
You can enjoy the terrace with a mountain view, ideal for a coffee or a moment of relaxation, as well as a parking space.
Close to Hyères train station, within walking distance, the city center (1.4 km), Almanarre beach (10 min by car), Porquerolles, the Golden Islands and the Giens peninsula, the apartment makes it easy to discover the region while staying in a peaceful environment.PGJyPgPGJyPg
