Located about 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, this recently modernized duplex apartment is part of the Dünenhof. Among the apartments in this idyllically located vacation apartment complex, “ D-09 ” stands out with its modern Scandinavian interior design, a small sauna, stunning ocean views from both balconies, and a large south/east-facing terrace. This makes the 108-square-meter property—in both summer and winter—a vacation home that invites you to relax and unwind.
On the garden level of the D-09 maisonette apartment, you’ll find an open-concept living space that connects the fully equipped kitchen—newly installed in December 2019—with the bright living and dining area. From here, you step out onto the lush, south/east-facing terrace, where you can relax and wind down your vacation days with a glass of wine. On the same level, you’ll also find a guest restroom with a washing machine.
The cozy bedroom, furnished with an exclusive natural wood bed, is located on the upper level of the maisonette apartment. On the large south/west-facing balcony, you can enjoy your first cup of coffee right after waking up while taking in a stunning ocean view. The “ D-09 ” becomes a true wellness oasis thanks to its spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sauna, and separate restroom.
One floor up, on the gallery level, you’ll find another lockable bedroom with a modern reading and TV nook, furnished with two single beds (one 100 cm wide and one 140 cm wide). Es lohnt sich. Man fühlt sich wohl, und man ist gut aufgehoben. Schade nur das die Urlaubszeit immer so schnell vorüber ist.
