Located just about 50 meters from the beach, this beautiful duplex apartment is part of the Dünenhof complex. Among the apartments in the vacation rental park, this one stands out with its sauna and cozy wood-burning stove.
The bedroom is located on the upper level of the duplex apartment. It is furnished with a modern double bed and features an exit to the southwest-facing balcony.
The spacious bathroom with a shower and the sauna are also located on the same floor. An additional guest restroom is located on the first floor. It also features a washing machine.
The living area has an open layout, connecting the fully equipped kitchen to the dining area and a TV nook with a newly installed sofa set that can be converted into a sleeping area for two additional guests if needed. A wood-burning stove perfectly rounds out the cozy atmosphere of this large room. From the living room, you can access the furnished southwest-facing terrace of the maisonette apartment.

Die Ferienwohnungen haben eine sehr schöne Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Bei offenem Fenster schläft man quasi mit Meeresrauschen. Unsere Wohnung war sehr schön und alles super sauber. Die Sauna haben wir genossen, auch das abendliche Kaminfeuer. Einzig die Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr niedrig, für Personen mit Rückenproblemen nicht geeignet.
Die Betreuung durch das Strandperlenteam war ausgesprochen gut und professionell. Das Hausmeisterteam sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Sehr schön fanden wir auch das immer vorrätige Kaminholz.
Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für jede Wetterlage.
Wir waren bereits zum 2.Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!!!

14 Tage sind bei herrlichem Wetter, kühler Ostsee und angehnehmer Uunterkunft zu schnell vorüber. Die Anlage Dünenhof macht immer einen gepflegten Eindruck und bietet beste Erholung. Danke an das gesamte Strandperlenteam.
