I had a very pleasant stay with my family. The rooms were clean and facilities were accessible. I found the staff to be extremely helpful especially with the changes I had to make to my reservation. I would like to thank Farha for helping us at the end of the stay and making everything so easy and simple.

Absolutely Outstanding – Deserves 5 Stars!
I am genuinely surprised that Ramada is not rated a 5-star hotel! This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Lahore.
I was torn between Pearl Continental (PC), which is a 5-star hotel, and Ramada. I am so glad I chose Ramada because it exceeded all my expectations in every possible way.
From the moment I arrived until the time I left, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness, and the customer service is truly outstanding. Every member of staff I encountered was professional, courteous, well-presented, well-spoken and genuinely helpful.
What really sets this hotel apart is the way its guests are treated. I felt comfortable, valued and exceptionally well looked after throughout my stay. The staff showed such genuine care, kindness and respect that I honestly felt like a celebrity! Every need was anticipated and met with the utmost attention and care.
It is rare to find a hotel where the standards of cleanliness, hospitality, professionalism and customer service come together so seamlessly. Ramada has truly set the benchmark for hospitality in Lahore.
In my opinion, this hotel deserves every bit of a 5-star rating. I would choose Ramada over many other hotels without hesitation and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lahore. An exceptional experience from start to finish, and one I will remember for a long time!

Staff send a Driver to airport pickup with wrong name which delayed and guests are too upset for waiting after long flight.
