⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AN ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING HOTEL – EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY, AMAZING STAFF & EXCELLENT FACILITIES!
Our experience at Nine Trees Hotel, Lahore, has been absolutely fantastic, and I cannot praise this hotel and its wonderful team highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and hospitality that made us feel valued and at home.
First and foremost, I want to give a massive thank you to every single member of staff, from the bellboys at the entrance to the reception team, housekeeping, restaurant staff, management, and everyone working behind the scenes. Every individual we encountered contributed to making our stay special. The politeness, respect, friendliness, and willingness to help were outstanding. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after.
The bellboys deserve special recognition for their welcoming smiles, helpfulness, and professionalism. They created a wonderful first impression and were always ready to assist. The reception team were equally brilliant, welcoming, approachable, organised, and attentive whenever we needed anything. Their customer service was genuinely impressive.
Both restaurants deserve enormous praise as well. The restaurant teams were welcoming, attentive, and professional, creating a lovely atmosphere in which to enjoy our meals. The service made us feel comfortable and valued, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about giving guests a positive dining experience. Having two restaurants to enjoy added to the overall experience and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel facilities also deserve recognition. The overall environment, comfort, cleanliness, and amenities contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is the combination of the facilities and the excellent service that makes this hotel stand out.

Location
The policy not to give more than one room key was surprising. Multiple family members had to coordinate their in and out.
Strange policy
