The room is clean and the amenities -kitchen, Netflix, washing machine- were great.
The room is at absolute ground level. If you open the curtain, you'll see that you're eye-level with and only a foot away from people walking by on the sidewalk or waiting on the corner for the light to change. When someone is smoking on the sidewalk outside, you can smell it through the vents. The photo shows the curtains open but there's no way you're going to want the curtains open if you like privacy in your bedroom.

Excellent location very clean and everything you need is in the apartment.
Very well insulated from the cold and noise.
The mattress was dipping in the middle so we did not have the best sleep.

Location need car, no parking available, pay for own parking elsewhere (it was raining). Check-in was smooth, we already filled up the form earlier online. Quiet place.
Room is very small, more suitable for 2 persons only. One queen bed only. The other two had to sleep on the floor after pushing away the chair and the table. It is different from the picture posted online. The place is not very clean, I had to vacuum the floor myself, there was hair and dust everywhere. Even the vacuum cleaner was not very clean - dust bag quite full. There is washing machine but no clothes dryer. Not worth the price paid.
