The room was small but functional and provided all the essential amenities, such as a small kettle, mini fridge, hairdryer and sanitary bag for ladies. The linen refresh is always prompt and the hotel provides useful door magnets for you to indicate whether you want the room to be made up or not. The lobby area in the reception provides a large variety of bathroom tools, such as dental kits, hairbrushes, cotton buds and cotton pads. The sauna facilities were amazing and perhaps the highlight of this hotel. I was fortunate to book a private sauna session and thoroughly enjoyed a 2-hour stay, complete with cold water in the mini fridge and lounge chairs to relax in.
The rooms were dimmer than I would have preferred, although I understand the hotel is making an effort to be sustainable with it's electricity and water. This also applies to the private sauna room. The laundry facilities on the upper floor were insufficient and ineffective. I had washed a decently large amount of clothing spread over two machines and the drying cycle did little to dry my clothes, even after running the 'dry more' cycle at the end. I returned the next day to dry my clothes once more but they came out of the machine soaking wet despite not running any washing cycle. In the end I had to take my laundry to a laundromat nearby, which was troublesome and inconvenient.

The rooms were great, the staff always helpful and everything was very clean.
As we were there for 5 nights I would have liked more variety for breakfast.
