The Hotel is in a very central and nice location, you can go most of the places by walk but also is very close to bus stops and stations, staff was super friendly and the rooms were very good and clean.

Lovely and clean
At check in the gentleman said my room number out loud and also confirmed I was alone by asking how many keys were needed etc. this made me uncomfortable and should be hotel policy not to share the room number out loud for a solo female.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They really made the experience nice for us.
It was a lovely room but it was dirty in parts needed an extra bit of cleaning in places.

The room and the bathroom were of the decent quality we expected. Whilst not very central, the location was fine. A short walk to the centre of town.
The breakfast experience was awful. The breakfast serving area cannot cope with the number of guests. Queues for everything and items not replenished.
