The room was exceptional: comfortable, spacious, bright, and full of natural light, with plenty of windows and stunning architecture.
The location was fantastic, and Ms. Katerina was extremely helpful and welcoming. She provided us with all the essential information well in advance of our stay, making everything smooth and easy.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!
Although the bed linen was very clean and the room was generally well maintained, there were several areas where quite a lot of dust had accumulated.
The bed bases were smaller than the mattresses, which affected the overall comfort and made it difficult to enjoy a restful night's sleep.
In the main room, a motion sensor had been covered with a pair of men's underwear, which was quite unusual and did not give a good impression.
The balcony was also very dirty, and when the children went outside, they brought a lot of dirt back into the room.
Overall, while the room had many positive features, greater attention to cleanliness, bed comfort, would significantly improve the guest experience.

We loved the location but wish we had booked more time. Katerina is lovely, very responsive, available, and went above and beyond for us.
The terrace is a little hard to access and difficult to maintain.

It was close to the centre of the old town, right but the old harbour yet not in the centre so nights were peaceful.
It was all wonderful. Only change i would suggest is the pillows - they are too high and not comfy.

Good location and close to parking.
The upstairs property is sold as 2 bedroom 2 bathroom which it isn’t. It has one en-suite shower room (see photo) containing a shower & basin but no WC.
The 2nd bathroom is off the landing and contains a shower & WC with twin basins external to this on the landing area.
The amenities listed in the booking information were not provided such as the bathroom & slippers. It wasn’t a problem that they weren’t provided but don’t advertise things that aren’t provided.
The balcony is very awkward to access
