Hands down one of the best stays I've ever had, period. Maria was great (and Olivia as well) in helping me with any question I had. The communication was perfect, I never felt left alone. The Location is great to see the city, the unit is spotless, with great decoration. The WIFI is great and everything is near by. The unit also works for families. The breakfast ist perfect and very delicious. I would recommend this Hotel/ Apartments to everyone without any hesitation!
Not a single thing to say negative about this wonderful experience!

Maria was very helpful prior to arrival so very easy to get into apartment

View, location, cleanliness, room size, housekeeping staff. Easy walking distance to all main Chania attractions.
TV in the room was impossible to figure out, with 2 remotes and no instructions. Also, while the property was beautiful, be aware that there are no elevators/lifts. All the rooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor, which is difficule when carrying suitcases
