We had a wonderful stay my adult children and grandchildren enjoyed the ping pong table, bikes and scooters. The house and backyard were perfect for a large family. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. We spent our time mostly at Paines Creek and Nauset Beach.

Really nice property with large yard. Owner communicates very quickly. We really enjoyed Mant’s Landing beach which was 1/2 mile from house-walkable or easy to drop off chairs etc with car and return on one of several bikes available. Close to many restaurants. Enjoyed several hiking trails and Museum of Natural History during our stay.

Love this location. House is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and living space. Outside shower a real plus.

Just completed a wonderful stay at this beautiful Brewster property. With 4 spacious bedrooms there was plenty of room for our family get together. The house was warm and cozy during a very cold and snowy visit. It would be a great location for a summer stay as well, being close to all that the Brewster area has to offer. Looking forward to a return stay, hopefully in warmer weather!
