The kindness of all of the staff - everyone was super helpful and responsive. The patio has an amazing view of the water and the historic town.
The room advertised as a “Junior Suite” is absolutely not a junior suite by any reasonable standard. It is essentially a small, basic room with a bed, located on the top floor, with none of the additional space or features one would typically expect from a suite.
While the outdoor patio is lovely, it is not private in the slightest. On my first evening, a large group of guests gathered directly outside my room. Although they were considerate and made an effort to keep the noise down, the patio is literally just steps from the bedroom, making privacy nearly impossible.
The room itself was disappointing, particularly given how it was marketed. The description creates expectations of a more spacious, comfortable, and private accommodation than what is actually provided.
