In no particular order:
Breakfast was wonderful. Great spread in a lovely rooftop location. The two women who prepared the breakfast were very sweet.
Cello, the proprietor who also worked the front desk, was extraordinarily helpful with advice - a far cry from the usual cold or impersonal hotel reception. He's also quite a nice guy.
The rooms were clean and the bed was outstanding.
The hotel location was very close to everything and we were able to walk everywhere in town.
The hotel doesn't have a dedicated parking lot, per se. Instead, it has signs that it puts on the street "holding"spaces for guests. We didn't know that when we initially arrived. It's a narrow street and so it required us to do a little negotiating with impatient Turkish drivers behind me while we figured this out. :)
The rooms are slightly on the small side but still more than sufficient - and a great value for the price.
