It was my first experince staying at Holiday Inn JB. We booked a standard room w city view which was clean, cozy and comfortable. The aircon was in excellent condition. My husband and I stayed in the room most of the time due to the haze. We selected the hotel due to its location. We only needed to head down the hotel where it was connected to Komtar for shops and restaurants.
We will come back again next time with our kids and check out the pool if weather is better.
Each time we entered our room, it has a weird 'smoking' smell. However it goes away unnoticed.

Many choices for breakfast. The location is very good. The swimming pool is nice. The view from the room is also very good.
