The location is perfect. A short distance to places of attractions and malls
The property needs maintenance, especially in the bedroom toilet. Shower door cannot be closed and water leaked out to the floor. The wall of the shower area is mouldy. Toilet paper is very low in quality, like single ply? torn when tear.
