I was skeptical booking here with some of the 1 ratings, but had few choices. My first room was NOT good at all. The refrigerator didn’t work and the AC was blowing but hardly cool. The hotel was responsive and moved me to a much better room in another building with everything working.
Sometimes there is housekeeping service.
There is no mattress - only a box spring! Very hard!
My furnishing a bit old, but okay.

The place is just 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to the nearest 7-11. This place is pretty good for a guesthouse. I would recommend it for budget travellers.
On certain days you will hear the music from the downstairs bars until 4 am. But it wasn't a big problem for us.

The price was cheap but the room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to a variety of bars, restaurants and cafes. The beach is an easy 500 metre walk.
Nothing. It is genuine value for money.
