The staff were very polite and informative; the location was very close to Kamala Beach which made it easy to explore the local area without having to order a taxi everyday; The cafes/restaurants nearby were very good and the staff were lovely.

Once booked, the communication with the hotel was excellent. The room itself was very clean, with nice towel art on the bed. Air conditioning was efficient. Short walk to the beach, 7/11 and local bars. Massages available right beside. Also, scooter rentals are on-site.
The only issue was the mattress. It was way too hard and lumpy, but only on the left side... the right side was firm, but much better. Also, the pillows were very firm. Fix the mattress and the pillows, and I give it a 10.

Convenient location , friendly staff
Bathroom was not in a good condition and should have been advertised as such. The filet could not flush so they recommended placing the toilet paper in the bin.
The towels didn’t appear fresh.
The shower and overall bath didn’t appear as clean.
