The location could not be better for my research work which I did at the National Museum of Natural History. The location is also very convenient for shopping, eating out, and accessing public transportation. The front door key did not work well when I arrived - but the owner very quickly arranged to fix the problem.
Sewer smell was coming out from the shower room although it was bearable. The tap of the kitchen sink was leaking a bit although (again) it was bearable.

Quelques améliorations pour un meilleur confort seraient souhaitables : L’ouverture de la porte d’entrée, la douche qui inonde facilement la salle de bain, la qualité du linge des lits par exemple

Perfecte locatie, veel betaalbare restaurants in de omgeving en een groenteboer en een supermarkt
Het rook muf, vochtig.
Douche liep niet goed af, waardoor de hele vloer nat werd.
Appartement was koud, handdoeken en vloer droogden niet.
2e kamer is een vide, waar je niet kunt staan en kruipend naar bed gaat, te bereiken via een steile houten ladder
Keuken is minimaal ingericht.
Lampen werken niet allemaal en sommige zitten heel raar aangesloten
