Paris’s 13th arrondissement radiates out from Place d’Italie. From this historic square in the capital, built in 1760, run the district’s main thoroughfares, which divide it into four distinct neighborhoods: the Salpêtrière neighborhood, the Croulebarbe neighborhood, the Gare neighborhood, and the Maison-Blanche neighborhood.
But beyond these administrative districts, this corner of Paris is above all the epicenter of historic neighborhoods, such as the Butte-aux-Cailles neighborhood—a veritable little green village where street art thrives— the Asian Quarter with its many shops and restaurants where you can savor flavors from around the world, and the Gobelins Quarter, home to the historic Manufacture nationale des Gobelins as well as numerous movie theaters for film lovers.
From historical anecdotes and legendary monuments to places to eat, dance, shop, and soak up the sun—set out to discover the best spots and hidden gems in the Place d’Italie and Gobelins neighborhoods!

-This accommodations are available for rent under two possible lease types depending on your situation: the mobility lease or the standard lease (Civil Code). The applicable lease type is determined before your arrival, based on your profile and the desired lease term.
1. The mobility lease
The mobility lease is intended for individuals who, as of the lease’s effective date, meet one of the following criteria: vocational training, higher education, an apprenticeship contract, internship, voluntary service as part of a civic service program, job transfer, or temporary assignment as part of one’s professional activity.
Key features:
Term ranging from 1 to 10 months, non-renewable (the lease may be amended once via an addendum, without exceeding 10 months in total).
You will be asked to provide proof of your circumstances before signing.
A mobility lease is signed between the host and the tenant before each move-in.
2. The Standard Lease (Civil Code)
If none of the above situations apply to you, the rental is governed by a standard lease (furnished, Civil Code), which is particularly suited to stays in a non-primary residence. The terms (duration, security deposit if applicable, notice period) will be specified when the contract is drawn up. A lease agreement is also signed before each arrival.
In both cases: The tenant must purchase home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of coverage. We can assist you with this process if needed.
-Lost or Forgotten Keys
Any keys lost or forgotten between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8:00 p.m., service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the traveler is at fault, the traveler will be fully responsible for the costs.
-Lost Items
We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the traveler requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.
