The new staff member, when I checked in, was extremely helpful and worked to check me in as needed. She was extremely well dressed and very pleasant dealing with me. Thank you!

Front desk staff was great. Location was good.
Some cleanliness issues which to their deer they fixed right away. Didn’t like bathroom light that also turned on room lights on one side.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean but slightly dated. Overall, it is a great place to stay for the price. The staff was above and beyond! I forgot my wedding ring and did not realize until we were all the way in Seattle, when I called, they went straight to the room and secured them in the office until my sister could come pick them up. I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity.
The in-wall Ac/Heating unit was loud.

The location is conveniently located and staff were very friendly. Check in/out was very efficient and easy. The inn was a good value and was clean.
The facility needs major updates- specifically bedding (very uncomfortable), air conditioning (the room was hot and the A/C would come on for 2 minutes and shut off. It's also very loud and comes on/off every few minutes), and the pipes are very loud when someone is taking a shower.
