環境清幽，房間舒適，溫泉很舒服，服務人員親切
早餐晚餐的自助餐區都有點馬虎，晚餐提供很多種類麵包但早餐卻相對少讓人有點困惑，沒有在用餐時間最開始就去的話很多餐食都會沒有而且也不會補，另外帶兩歲以下小孩用餐的話選擇很少，原民風味煮的部分不知道是中秋連假忙不過來還是怎樣，一開始櫃檯說挑好食材交給人員就會料理好給我們，但實際上是很多人拿完食材就擠在小小的像是關東煮機台前面煮，也不會有人說明，有沒有熟都只能靠運氣的感覺。
在比較偏遠的山區，食物基本上只能仰賴飯店，相對其他住房設施和服務，餐食的部分真的是差強人意。

可以親近大自然，帶小孩爬爬山，房間可以直接泡澡，還有暖爐，很貼心。

房間及周邊環境
晚餐時17:30–21:00，但18:00去，菜都被吃了差不多，有補，但不完全。尤其甜點種類少又不足，水果也欠當地的盛產水果，釋迦、茂谷橘…，小建議，其他的都完美。尤其服務人員，優質。
