I stayed at Enzo Tokyo from 7 to 13 October 2026 with one other person. I booked a room for four people, so I really appreciated the extra space, which I most likely wouldn’t have gotten at a hotel in the city center at a similar price.
The staff provided clear answers to my questions about the unit, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and I was happy to find a full-length mirror in the unit. There was no washing machine, but I didn’t need one, so it wasn’t an issue for me.
Enzo Tokyo is also within walking distance of Iogi Station, which was a big plus, especially since I was traveling with a large suitcase. I could hear the trains passing every few minutes, but the noise wasn’t too loud for me and didn’t bother me at all. Given the location, the occasional train noise was expected.
Overall, I highly recommend Enzo Tokyo if you’re looking for an affordable place with more space and don’t mind a longer commute to central Tokyo.

The towel shed so much lint that the fibers got all over my face, hands, and belongings. The pillow was quite flat and lacked sufficient fluffiness and support.

Very good location. Clean, Easy check in and check out.
Having washing machine in the room and the dryer in the building was a big help as well.
We had a grear time.
It would be nicer if there was a mirror in the room.

Only good thing was that there was a lot of space so you can easily open up multiple luggages. It is close to Iogi Station (2 minute walk) as well as a 7-11 and laundromat.
- The beds and blankets didn’t feel the cleanest
- The beds frames themselves were SOOO squeaky I am not even exaggerating 😭 Luckily my friend and I didn’t have much of a hard time sleeping because we were so tired but if you are a light sleeper, don’t stay here because moving one inch on the bed would cause so much sound and plus the place is literally right next to the train tracks
- I don’t know if the water heater is an uncommon thing from where I am from but it would be much appreciated if the heater was labelled so we knew to turn it on and not shower in cold water for the first night
- This stay is self service/check in so keep in mind they won’t accept luggage forwarding! It was a bit of a bummer to realise that the night before heading to Tokyo :(
- This is already mentioned on their page but check in is from 5PM so plan accordingly with luggage lockers especially since they don’t accept luggage forwarding and they also charge you by the hour if you do need to drop off your bags earlier.
- The space in the shower compared to the toilet is quite amusing. There is barely any space in the shower but the toilet has so much room. If you’re taller or bigger, you might struggle using the shower because it’s so tight (I am a 5’2 asian girl for reference)
- The only mirror in the room is IN the shower, not even kidding! It would be nice to have a standing mirror at least outside to get ready while someone else is using the shower.
- The room didn’t have a proper bathroom sink to brush your teeth or do skincare. We had to use the kitchen sink and have our phone camera as a mirror.
- My friend and I stayed for a week and so the room did get a bit messy from our hair shredding. It would be nice to have a room clean or room service considering we stayed for more than a few nights.
- The aircon is quite weak even on the most powerful setting so it took a while for our room to feel cool and less stuffy.
