Eine kleine, aber sehr schöne Wohnung, die Lage ist eine glatte 10! Sehr nah an der U-Bahn, nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem jede Menge Geschäfte und Restaurants. Um ehrlich zu sein, hat es mir sehr gut gefallen! Die einzigen Kleinigkeiten, die ich anmerken würde: Es wäre toll, wenn auch Handtücher für das Gesicht (nicht nur für den Körper) und ein kleines Küchentuch vorhanden wären. Das sind die einzigen Dinge, die gefehlt haben, dann wäre alles perfekt gewesen. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen!

The location and the neighbourhood was lovely. Koenji was a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, but had enough of it's own activities and charm. It was also a minute from the station and had plenty of food options and supermarkets surrounding the area. The host was also responsive.
Balcony could have been a tad bit cleaner but I'm just nitpicking.

La ubicación a solo pasos del metro (menos de 1 minuto caminando). También nos gustó la distribución de los espacios, la lavadora es pequeña pero el espacio para tender ropa es muy amplio. También había buen espacio para guardar ropa. También nos gustó el acceso con cerradura de código, nos alojamos en 3 departamentos anteriores que hacían uso de llave.
El Colchón doble es innecesario (hacía la cama un poco dura), con uno basta 😅

玄関ドアが異常に固くて、デジタルキーを空けて、普通にドアを開けようとすると、開かずにアンロックされてしまう。電話で問い合わせしたところ、硬い
ので、思いっきり引っ張ってくださいと言われました。閉めるときも体当たりしないと閉まりません。
まな板、包丁がない。連泊しましたがバスタオル1枚のみ。
