Clean, modern, close to the city.
Not enough light in the apartment (brighter lighting needed), no toaster or microwave.

Thats new building near tram ways, with good access to local restaurants and stores. Lift, high ceilings, quite.
Some of personeel are friendly, but some indifferent.
Seems that the management's key target is cost-saving - there is lack of furniture, lack of kitchen appliances, small and overused towels, cleaning once a week, toilet paper and other supplies upon request, etc.

Great location
Couldn’t turn down the air conditioning, room at night was very warm.

The location was great and the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious.
However, some of the staff were clueless, maintenance was a mess and extremely unprofessional. Repaired my shower drain and walked in the shower wearing his dirty boots and left the shower that way. No apology. They sent him back to address it and attempted to pick up a dirty towel off the floor to clean. Let's just say I observed white have a very different experience. They were tripping over each other to address their complaints.
