Great location in regards to the city amenities and very cosy feel
Uncomfortable pillows (with no alternatives) and also situated next to a school which meant very disturbing mornings when we expected to be able to lie in and relax

Staff were lovely and very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Perfect location in a beautiful city.
The pillows were a bit hard/lumpy for me, they were also square pillows not rectangular. The hotel doesn't have a lounge/bar area that you can chill in

Superbly located, just outside the busy city centre but close enough to be able to get there easily

Very nice staff
Good breakfast. Very nice breakfast person.
Good location.
Clean room.
No AC. Room stuffy.
Window impossible to open
Very narrow stairs, both inside and the outside stoop
Minimal furniture in room, and cheaply made. Got a splinter from the nightstand.
Always had to go downstairs to the front desk , and ring the receptionist for them to come up and answer questions.
Not convenient. No phone from room to reception.
