Location — rooms - staff just the general place. Totally enjoyable
Nothing - maybe the fact the room was so good it made us stay in rather than walk the Goa streets :)

Fantastic staff customer care across all Departments. Breakfast excellent and lovely Goan specialities to try in BLD & C2C.
Inability to turn off A/C in room. Had to be turned off by an engineer! Still left with air filtration noise, which takes a while to acclimatise to at night. Location imperfect if you are seeking to explore rather than sit on a beach. Taxis in Goa are a pain!

Gym facilities and pool not upto standard of Grand Hyatt
All facilities located on ground floor except CJC
leading to crowding at all times.
No grounds to go for a walk
