Room on the beach with a lovely pool was awesome. The staff were amazing.
Slamming service doors were annoying but they made an effort to fix the issue. They really tried to help as much as possible.

Accessibility within the city is an advantage, and you can move around the city very easily
The view from the balcony of the rooms are very good. You have a massive ships or boots transiting the river and it’s a very good view. The sunset and the sunrise is an advantage from your room window.
A property as such as very well maintained, but one thing I personally felt is as a techie and the person who always is glue to the Computer. I would prefer separate room where we can login to check our mails or in case we have any important calls so private room for the techie is required

We expected a resort style place not a hotel in the community area around not clean. Did not feel
Safe to walk around outside of the hotel
Staff were not friendly rarely spoke. Only exception is the front desk Vineesha and her male colleague also the chef in the restaurant. Everyone else were sad looking, never smiled or greeted anyone. I have visited India before however not Goa. Won't visit Goa again. Will stick to the other areas where people are warm and friendly.
