The location was perfect for us. The breakfast was good and the staff was extremely nice.
There is no shelf in the bathroom to put our sponge bags. The shelf above the washing basin is too small, particularly if there are two guests in the bedroom. All my things were on the ground. There is plenty of space to add one big shelf and it would be more practical for the guests.

Incredibly friendly staff and great location in the centre of town.
The rooms were a little tired so it felt quite expensive for what it was. Also not the hotel's fault but some rooms give out on to the road so you are kept awake by the nightclub opposite. Lastly, very limited hotel parking space and 4 spaces have been put aside for EVs and these were always empty but you can't use them with an normal car if not you get fined. Would make more sense to reduce this to 1 or 2 EV spots.

Clean and the staff were friendly.
Nice bar area, which feels cosy
The bed was very hard, so uncomfortable. Although the bar area is lovely it doubles up as the breakfast area, which means the lighting is quite dark when you’re having breakfast. There is only about 9 parking spaces for the whole of the hotel, so if you arrive too late you have to find a public car park to pay to park overnight.

"A great spot in Salisbury to base yourself for a visit. The staff were always helpful and the rooms had everything you could need. It is walking distance to the main parts of the city and the cathedra..."
