The location.

Check in was at 15:00pm but we didn’t get in until 3 hours later

The location was amazing we were literally in the center of spainin Puerta De Sol the way we opened the door was kind of

I liked the location and that it had the basic needs even though there was no wardrobe nor space to put our bags, and most of the utilities weren’t there, such as an iron or a rack to hang our clothes if we washed them which we couldn’t because there wasn’t one

Excellent location, accommodations sub par

The Location is unbeatable. Everything is close and super convenient

The stairs are extremely steep and dangerous for someone of older ages. My companion was 70 years old and he was afraid of falling down while using the only restroom at night. The space had no blankets, no shampoo or soap. I contacted the hosts and was told they would have someone deliver those but that never happened. The curtain would not close all the way which caused light to come in very early morning waking us up, another thing I was told it would be addressed and never did The space had a lot of dents in the wall, and dirty stains on them.

Excellent location however have preparation for check-in.

The location.

Room key collection was a bit tricky. Guests must have a Whatsapp app on their phone, otherwise they would have lots of trouble in order to check-in.
