The staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning were all first class.
The breakfast was very good, a limited selection but the staff made changes without complaint.
The pool was spotless and little touches like afternoon tea and the bedtime story left on your bed were appreciated.
The internet could be a bit more stable.

Everything, especially the staff and the state of the hotel.
The hotel is extremely well managed with reception checking in to make sure everything was up to standard.
The restaurant food and service was very good.
Nice additional touches like a bed time story dropped on your bed and free afternoon tea by the pool.
The internet could be more stable, however it could have been a provider issue.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommended. Also the employees in the spa were excellent.

Breakfast was good.
Looking at the pictures of the resort, we got deceived thinking that there will be great view from window. This is more of the closed room with no view. Phone charging was difficult with only one power outlet.
