Amazing hotel! Great location (10 minutes by bike or 20 by foot to ubud center). The staff was super nice, welcoming and helpful. The room was impeccable clean, very well equipped, the room was big and spacious, and the outside pool was perfect.
Nothing, everything was perfect!

A truly wonderful stay, staff were all nice, very clean, good location without the noise (position on the hill does not transmit almost any traffic sound), great view from the pool.
We checked some other properties while there, there are some which looked a bit fancier or had more events, but they all seemed to either sacrifice peace, privacy, or something else. We were really happy with the privacy, comfort, and relaxation this place provided. We highly recommend this place.
Should consider some events, some menu variations, perhaps minor repairs on the pool bottom. But these are all minor things.

The staff were so wonderful, kind, accommodating, friendly, helpful. Positive all round :). The hotel itself is so beautiful, the gardens, the care that goes into the plants and the pool area - it is truly stunning. We had a very minor issue with our shower head which was fixed very quickly. Will be recommending this hotel to others! :)
Minor, but the air con in our room could’ve been cooler. It was still comfortable. We mentioned the air con to the staff and they looked into it.
