Location, cost, and cleanliness were great!
My only issue is slightly earlier than normal checkout at 1000.

Late check out policy.

Very near Roppingi station. Family Mart and other shops and restaurants are just around the corner.
Nothing big deal for me. I have stayed in Apa Hotel chain several times and already know what to expect. Room is small, there is no closet.

There were finger nail clippings throughout the room.
Cleanliness. Bathroom smelled like a urinal. The breakfast options was limited. We stayed for several nights and did not have breakfast after having it for 2 mornings.
