I had an excellent stay! The entire staff was amazing, and I have absolutely no complaints. From the housekeeping staff to the pool staff and the team organizing the evening activities, everyone was friendly, attentive, and provided great service. Everything was wonderful throughout my stay. I would definitely give the entire staff and my overall experience a 10/10!

Breakfast was typical of a massive hotel. Location was a fail since you cannot swim in this sea due to waves.
The check-in experience was absolutely appalling, by far the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel. After a five-hour flight delay and discovering that my luggage had not arrived, I was met with an extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist who refused to give me the room keys, claiming that I had paid for three guests instead of four.
Although the booking showed three adults only (instead of 3 adults and 1 child), this was clearly an error, as I had reserved two rooms at identical prices. Despite explaining the situation, the receptionist refused to acknowledge the obvious discrepancy or make any effort to resolve it. His attitude was unacceptable, particularly given the circumstances and the stress we had already endured. What should have been a straightforward check-in turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant and frustrating experience.
