The property is a beautiful old house built in 1903. It has been modernised and brought up to date while still keeping the character of the property. Victoria is a very welcoming and hospitable host and the breakfasts were fresh and delicious. Thoughtful touches like underfloor heating in the bathroom, fresh milk in a fridge on the landing so the noise of the fridge didn’t disturb sleep. A beautiful lounge where guests can relax with comfortable seating. There are several restaurants within a couple of minutes’ walk where we enjoyed evening meals.

A beautiful property with superb attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and all homemade. The sitting area with open fireplace was the perfect place to relax with a glass of Pinot Noir and the host Victoria was very helpful with local information.
