Beautiful tiny house just steps from the harbour in Niolon. Fantastic to be able to walk 2 minutes and swim in the blue water! Lovely shady terrace with a great view, perfect if you burn easily like we do! Having a washing machine was really useful. Apartment was very clean and all equipment provided for cooking. We loved using the BBQ on the terrace.
NB: bring bug spray as there are mosquitoes around!
Property listing states there is an oven but there is actually only a microwave. People walking in the apartment above produce loud creaks coming through the ceiling - this didn't stop us from sleeping but it was noticeable. The terrace is accessed by crossing a small alleyway which serves several other cottages - this meant it is not the most private, but the view more than makes up for it!

La terrasse
Aucune notice pour le fonctionnement des appareils et code wifi défectueux !
Une chambre et un salon sans fenêtre.
Seule la kichnet a des fenêtres (peu de ventilation naturelle possible). En hiver l’appartement est peu agréable car tout le charme repose sur la terrasse extérieure.
Une isolation phonique peu importante avec l’appartement du dessus.
J’ai dû appeler 2 fois pour avoir les infos pratiques concernant l’accès au lieu et le code de la boîte à clef.
