The location near the metro station makes this an ideal place to stay. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was a nice selection of sweet and savoury food.
As some others have said, the room and lighting is rather dark and I felt that perhaps the hotel would have addressed this, but so far they haven't.

everything was good. really liked the location. and the indoor paid parking.
the drain in the shower was clogged.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the shower was consistently hot and the aircon worked well! I also thought the bed was comfortable. Very near the metro.
The maintenance was poor; shower didn’t drain well and was held up with duct tape, some mold in the shower and some stains on the walls; very dated interior.

I liked lady in reception and a young guy, they were extremely nice and helpful but there was a man during night shift and he was extremely rude. Location was good as well.
Also cleaning ladies were delightful
Hotel did not have proper lighting and AC, they did not have a fridge and had a problem with night shift man who was very rude when i wanted to collect my drinks from fridge
