Very polite and courteous staff. Easy to reach them over WhatsApp. They booked airport pickup for us. We also booked day tours and island tours through them. Much cheaper than online platforms. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to Bangla road and Patong Beach. The apartment had 4 bedrooms. One of them had beds for 4 people. The living room has a big TV , fridge, washing machine and kitchen.

Some toilets had water leakage.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help. Our room was spacious, comfartable, and overlooked the pool. The availibility of a lift to the secknd floor was an added bonus. Breakfast was offered from a set menu and offered choices that would satisfy a wide range of preferences.
