Not that much good as rate and money spent

Good air condition inside rooms, swimming pool, there are enough room for serving 8 people each room with it is own toilet and bath. They serve us the water even when finished they bring every time.

The kitchen and living room in the second floor, stovetop was not working but they bought another option but not that good and comfortable to cook on, microwave not heating, AC in the living room on last day was not working which is not good as it was so much hot. They come for cleaning everyday but not good enough. The internet is not connected in the ground and first floor where are the rooms which is not good. There are some insects we need to kill them.

During our recent stay at the property, we encountered a concerning issue that affected our overall experience. It was disappointing to find that the cleaners entered the property without prior permission on multiple occasions, particularly in the mornings. As Arab guests, this raised some significant concerns, as the privacy and cultural sensitivities of our wives and daughters were compromised when they were not appropriately dressed. While we understand that cleaning services are necessary and play an essential role in maintaining the property's cleanliness, it is crucial that a clear protocol is established to ensure guests' privacy is respected. The unexpected intrusions not only disrupted our peace but also caused discomfort and unease among our family members. We believe that this issue can be rectified by implementing a more robust permission system. Clear guidelines should be communicated to the cleaning staff, emphasizing the importance of obtaining consent from guests before entering their accommodations. Providing a dedicated channel, such as a scheduled cleaning service or a guest-controlled "Do Not Disturb" option, would allow guests to manage their privacy and align with their cultural preferences. It is essential for property management to understand and address the specific needs and sensitivities of diverse guest groups. By fostering an environment that respects cultural differences, the property can create a more inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
